[Exchange Serve 2010] EMC또는 EMS의 초기화 실패 에러

Exchange Server 2010의 EMC(Exchange Management Console)를 기동시, 다음과 같은 메시지와 함께 초기화에 실패할 경우가 있습니다. (EMS도 동일합니다)

Error message: Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : The WS-Management service cannot process the request. The system load quota of 1000 requests per 2 seconds has been exceeded. Send future requests at a slower rate or raise the system quota. The next request from this user will not be approved for at least 1795919616 milliseconds. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic. 

■ 원인
원인은 Exchange Server가 50일이상 연속으로 가동중인 경우, Windows의 WinRM 컴포넌트의 이슈로 인해 QuotaSystem를 초과했다고 잘못 판단을 하기 때문이라고 합니다. 

■ 해결방법
Exchaneg Server 2010 IIS의 PowerShell 어플리케이션 풀을 리사이클함으로써 회피가 가능합니다.
  ① IIS 관리자를 기동합니다.
  ② 어플리케이션풀을 선택, MSExchangePowerShellAppPool의 메뉴로부터 "리사이클"을 클릭합니다.

영구적으로 위의 현상을 회피하기 위해서는 정기적인 리사이클을 설정해줍니다. 설정방법은 위  ②의 메뉴중 "리사이클 설정"을 선택, 리사이클 실행 간격을 분단위로 설정합니다.
