[Microsoft] Cannot connect to RDS VDI Collection by NLA error

마이크로소프트 RDS VDI 환경에서 작성한 콜렉션을 RD Gateway상에서 이용시, 다음과 같은 에러와 함께 가상데스크톱에 접속이 않될 경우가 있습니다.

The remote computer requires Network Level Authentication, which your computer does not support. For assistance, contact your system administrator or technical support

■ 원인

이것은 RDS VDI 접속에 필요한 NLA (Network Level Authentication)을 지원하지않는 RDP 클라이언트를 이용했기 때문입니다. Windows XP SP3의 경우, NLA 기능이 무료화되어있으므로 레지스트리를 편집하여, NLA 기능을 유효화해줘야 합니다.

■ 해결방법

① VDI 접속단말(Windows XP)상에서 다음의 레지스트리 키를 편집합니다.

▶HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa 의 "Security Packages"를 더블클릭, tspkg 를 추가

▶HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders 의 "Security Providers"를 더블클릭,  credssp.dll 를 추가

② 접속단말(Windows XP)을 재시작합니다.
